Jin Shin Jyutsu ®
Jin Shin Jyutsu (pronounced Jitsu) physio-philosophy is a type of body work which balances your life energy. It can be applied as self-help or by a trained practitioner. Jin Shin Jyutsu promotes optimal health and facilitates our own healing capacity by using gentle finger pressure along energy pathways, balancing and restoring energy disruptions in the body.

Jin Shin Jyutsu sessions can go up to an hour and are received fully clothed. Each session is tailored to a person’s unique symptoms and assumes harmony is always present in the body.  During and after a treatment, one tends to feel the body respond by releasing muscular and mental tension; experiencing deeper, freer, and more balanced breathing; and experiencing an overall sense of spaciousness, wholeness, ease and peace.

Julianna teaches her clients easy self-help applications of the fingers on different locations on the body to help with any symptoms one may be experiencing. From critical illnesses to mild or persistent health projects, Jin Shin Jyutsu is appropriate for all ages and all disharmonies. 

A full-length Jin Shin Jyutsu session is 75 minutes which includes 60 minutes of treatment. A series of sessions can be scheduled at a discounted rate.
